In Monday's league contest, the Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) softball team overwhelmed the host Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ), by a margin of 26-0.
With the triumph, Canyon View moves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Verrado (Buckeye, AZ) to play the Vipers in a 5A Desert West contest on Wednesday, April 5. The Knights come into the contest with a 18-5 record after their 2-1 league win over Millennium (Goodyear, AZ).
