The Central Valley Warriors softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Mohawk Area Warriors to 7 in the Warriors league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Central Valley moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Warriors host Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA) to play the Quakers in a WPIAL 3A 2 game on Wednesday, April 5. The Quakers come into the game with a record of 1-0.
In their next game, the Warriors play the Ellwood City Wolverine (Ellwood City, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 2 game, on Wednesday, April 5. Mohawk Area will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Wolverine come into the game with a 3-1 record after their 3-2 league loss to Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA).
