The Riverside-Martin Knights (Williamston, NC) softball routed the host Mattamuskeet Lakers (Swan Quarter, NC), 20-0 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Knights (9-3) will now prepare for their bout against Tarboro (Tarboro, NC). The Vikings go into the Four Rivers 1A bout with a 0-12 record. In their last bout, Tarboro was routed by Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC), 16-0, in a non-league bout.

The Lakers now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Christian HomeSchool for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 4.
