Mondovi Buffaloes (Mondovi, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Spring Valley Cardinals (Spring Valley, WI), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Buffaloes now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Colfax for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 6.
With the loss, Spring Valley falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Boyceville (Boyceville, WI) to battle the Bulldogs in a Dunn - St. Croix challenge on Thursday, April 6. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 1-2.
