Orangeburg Prep Indians (Orangeburg, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Wilson Hall Barons (Sumter, SC), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dorchester Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. Orangeburg Prep will battle a Raiders squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Clarendon Hall (Summerton, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Wilson Hall falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Barons travel to Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC) to battle the Swampcats in a SCISA AAA Region I challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Swampcats enter the challenge with a record of 13-2. Laurence Manning Academy won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lee Academy (Bishopville, SC)
