West Virginia High School Softball - Williamstown bounces Ritchie County

The Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV) softball routed the visiting Ritchie County Rebels (Ellenboro, WV), 16-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Yellowjackets (3-5) will now prepare for their bout against Gilmer County (Glenville, WV). The Titans go into the Little Kanawha bout with a 8-2 record. In their last bout, Gilmer County was routed by Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV), 10-2, in a league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Ravenswood for a Little Kanawha bout on Wednesday, April 5. Ritchie County will confront a Red Devils squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV). The Red Devils record now stands at 5-3.
