The Smithville Warriors crushed the visiting Excelsior Springs Tigers baseball team by a count of 13-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Branson for a non-league bout on Friday, April 5. Smithville will face a Pirates team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Nixa (Nixa, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 6-4.
Next, the Tigers face the Liberty Blue Jays (Liberty, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 6. Excelsior Springs will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Blue Jays enter the bout with a 9-4 record after their 13-0 league win over Central (St. Joseph, MO).
