In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting GREEN Upstate Owls soccer squad scored a close 6-2 triumph over the First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders.
The Owls (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 10-3 record.
The Crusaders (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Spartanburg Day (Spartanburg, SC). The Griffins come into the SCISA AAA Region III battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Spartanburg Day nudged Spartanburg Christian Academy (Spartanburg, SC), 5-1, in a league battle.
