North Carolina High School Softball - A.L. Brown South Iredell

A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC), 7-4 in a league challenge.

The Wonders now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carson for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 4. A.L. Brown will face a Cougars squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, South Iredell falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 4. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 5-6. South Rowan won 11-4 in their recent league challenge against Carson (China Grove, NC)
