The Los Alamos Hilltoppers softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils to 4 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Los Alamos improves its record to 7-9 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to clash with the Elks/Elkettes in a 4A District 2 game on Saturday, April 6. The Elks/Elkettes come into the game with a record of 3-12. Pojoaque Valley won 3-1 in their recent league game against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM)

In their next game, the Sundevils clash with the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a 4A District 2 game, on Friday, April 5. Espanola Valley will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 3-8 record after their 17-4 non-league loss to Robertson (Las Vegas, NM).
