Lincoln Wolves (Lincoln, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Flippin Bobcats (Flippin, AR), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elkins for a 3A Region 1 challenge on Friday, April 5. Lincoln will battle a Elks squad coming off a 15-1 non-league loss to Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR). The Elks record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Flippin falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Berryville (Berryville, AR) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 4. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 2-8. Berryville lost 16-0 in their recent league game against Gentry (Gentry, AR)
