The Altamont Knights baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Comer Tigers to 2 in the Knights league win on Thursday.
The Knights now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Comer for a 3A Area 8 test on Friday, April 4. Altamont will play a Tigers team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Altamont (Birmingham, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-17.
With the defeat, Comer drops to 2-17 on the year. The Tigers host Altamont (Birmingham, AL) to play the Knights in a 3A Area 8 test on Friday, April 4. The Knights go into the test with a record of 11-4. Altamont won 12-2 in their recent league test against Comer (Sylacauga, AL)
