Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Tamaqua edges Blue Mountain

April 3, 2025: Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Tamaqua Blue Raiders (Tamaqua, PA) and the host Blue Mountain Eagles (Schuylkill Haven, PA), saw Tamaqua's baseball team gain a win over Blue Mountain by a tally of 2-0.

The Blue Raiders (8-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lehighton (Lehighton, PA). The Indians enter the non-league battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Lehighton held off Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA), 12-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) in a Schuylkill County 1 battle, on Monday, April 7. Blue Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Crimson Tide enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA).
