The Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) baseball got by the visiting Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL), 4-3 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Athens for a Sangamo challenge on Monday, April 7.
With the defeat, Brimfield drops to 5-3 on the year. The Indians host Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL) to clash with the Chiefs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 4. The Chiefs go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Deer Creek-Mackinaw lost 14-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL)
