North Carolina High School Baseball - East Gaston loses to Burns

The East Gaston Warriors baseball squad (Mt. Holly, NC), was overwhelmed 13-0 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC)

With the triumph, Burns moves its record to 15-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Cherryville (Cherryville, NC) to confront the Ironmen in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, April 8. The Ironmen come into the contest with a record of 11-4.

The Warriors now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy for a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, April 8. East Gaston will confront a Gryphons squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Shelby (Shelby, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 1-11.
