With the triumph, Central of Clay County advances its record to 10-11 on the season. The Volunteers host Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL) to battle the Lions in a 5A Area 8 match on Tuesday, April 8. The Lions come into the match with a record of 15-12. Briarwood Christian won 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Spain Park (Hoover, AL)

The Aggies now have a 13-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benjamin Russell for a non-league match on Friday, April 4. Sylacauga will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-6 league win over Chilton County (Clanton, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-10.
