The East Lawrence Eagles baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Danville Hawks to 10 in the Eagles league win on Thursday.
The Eagles now hold a 3-20 record. They take the field next when they host Good Hope for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8.
With the defeat, Danville drops to 4-14 on the year. The Hawks travel to West Point (Cullman, AL) to play the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 11-16. West Point lost 4-3 in their recent league test against Priceville (Priceville, AL)
