The Geraldine Bulldogs baseball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Sylvania Rams to 4 in the Bulldogs league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now own a 13-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Jackson for a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. Geraldine will clash with a Chiefs team coming off a 8-4 league loss to Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Chiefs record now stands at 4-10.

With the defeat, Sylvania drops to 2-18 on the year. The Rams travel to Plainview (Rainsville, AL) to clash with the Bears in a 4A Area 16 test on Monday, April 7. The Bears go into the test with a record of 7-12. Plainview lost 10-4 in their recent non-league test against New Hope (New Hope, AL)
