Washington High School Baseball - Ilwaco holds off Naselle

The Ilwaco Fishermen baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Naselle Comets to 1 in the Fishermen non-league win on Thursday.
The Fishermen now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Chief Leschi for a 2B Pacific test on Tuesday, April 15. Ilwaco will play a Warriors team coming off a 12-10 non-league loss to Muckleshoot Tribal (Auburn, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-5.
With the defeat, Naselle drops to 1-2 on the year. The Comets host Knappa (Astoria, OR) to play the Loggers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. The Loggers go into the test with a record of 1-0.
