The Lone Grove Longhorns baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host Sulphur Bulldogs to 3 in the Longhorns non-league win on Thursday.
The Longhorns now hold a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they host Kingston for a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. Lone Grove will play a Redskins team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, OK). The Redskins record now stands at 7-5.
With the defeat, Sulphur drops to 13-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Lindsay (Lindsay, OK) to play the Leopards in a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. The Leopards go into the test with a record of 6-9. Lindsay lost 12-0 in their recent non-league test against Kingston (Kingston, OK)
