The Red Devils now own a 5-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Billingsley for a 1A Area 6 test on Tuesday, April 8. Maplesville will clash with a Bears team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Bears record now stands at 15-7.

With the defeat, Marion drops to 0-7 on the year. The Rams host Ellwood Christian (Selma, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-3. Ellwood Christian lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Billingsley (Billingsley, AL)
