In Thursday's non-league game, the host Middlesex Bluejays baseball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans.
The Bluejays (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ). The Argonauts go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Rutgers Prep was overwhelmed by Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ), 1-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Trojans play the North Brunswick North Brunswick Raiders (North Brunswick, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 5. St. Thomas Aquinas will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The North Brunswick Raiders go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 16-1 non-league loss to Sayreville (Parlin, NJ).
