In Thursday's league challenge, the host USC-MAE Trojans volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Aspire Ollin Jaguars.

The Trojans (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Downtown Magnets (Los Angeles, CA). The Suns come into the Freeway challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Downtown Magnets edged Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars play the Animo Bunche Stallions (Los Angeles, CA) in a Freeway challenge, on Friday, April 4. Aspire Ollin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Stallions come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Annenberg (Los Angeles, CA).
