Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Marmion Cadets (Aurora, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Yorkville improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Foxes host Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to face the Tigers in a Suburban Prarie test on Thursday, April 10. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 3-3.

The Cadets now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oswego for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. Marmion will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-3.
