Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA) and the visiting Northridge Academy Pumas (Northridge, CA), observed Sherman Oaks CES's volleyball team top Northridge Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Knights (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Chancellors enter the non-league contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Chatsworth notched a victory over El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Pumas battle the Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA) in a Valley contest, on Monday, April 7. Northridge Academy will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Vipers enter the contest with a 15-4 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Venice (Los Angeles, CA).
