Fans at Thursday's league test between the Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA) and the visiting Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA), witnessed Dougherty Valley's lacrosse squad hold off Foothill by a count of 7-6.

The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Dublin (Dublin, CA). The Gaels enter the East Bay - Valley test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Dublin nipped Foothill (Pleasanton, CA), 11-6, in a league test.

Next, the Falcons battle the Athenian Owls (Danville, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 15. Foothill will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Owls enter the test with a 6-2 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to The Bay School (San Francisco, CA).
