The Lane Tech Champions lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Whitney Young Dolphins to 4 in the Champions league triumph on Thursday.

The Champions now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Resurrection for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. Lane Tech will clash with a Bandits squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Bandits record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Whitney Young falls to 0-3 on the year. The Dolphins travel to Jones (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Eagles in a Chicago Public challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Jones won 10-7 in their recent league challenge against Taft (Chicago, IL)
