The North Cross Raiders lacrosse team (Roanoke, VA), was overwhelmed 18-8 in Thursday's league battle with the host Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA)
With the victory, Virginia Episcopal School advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bishops travel to Glass (Lynchburg, VA) to encounter the Hilltoppers in a non-league battle on Friday, April 4. The Hilltoppers come into the battle with a record of 2-0. Glass won 21-6 in their recent non-league battle against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)
The Raiders now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Covenant for a VISAA Division 2 battle on Tuesday, April 8.
