In Thursday's league contest, the host St. Mary's Saints lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-6 triumph over the St. David's Warriors.
The Saints (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Arendell Parrott Academy was overwhelmed by Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC), 19-13, in a league contest.
Next, the Warriors meet the Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 4. St. David's will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Furies go into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 21-14 league win over Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC).
