Bishop Seabury Academy Seahawks (Lawrence, KS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Maranatha Christian Academy Eagles (Shawnee, KS), 8-4 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Bishop Seabury Academy moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Heritage Christian Academy (Olathe, KS) to meet the Chargers in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Barstow for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. Maranatha Christian Academy will meet a Knights team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Christ Prep Academy (Lenexa, KS). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.
