North Carolina High School Soccer - Rocky Mount Academy knocks off Halifax Academy

In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Rocky Mount Academy Eagles soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 win over the Halifax Academy Vikings.
The Eagles (12-1) will now prepare for their outing against Greenfield (Wilson, NC). The Knights enter the non-league outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Greenfield ran past Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC), 5-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Faith Christian Patriots (Rocky Mount, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A outing, on Tuesday, April 8. Halifax Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC).
