The Lakota West Firebirds triumphed over the visiting Fairfield Indians lacrosse team by a tally of 22-2 in Thursday's league match.
Next up, the Firebirds confront the Loveland Tigers (Loveland, OH) in a Region 4 match, on Saturday, April 5. Lakota West will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 17-1 league win over Little Miami (Morrow, OH).
The Indians (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Edgewood (Trenton, OH). The Cougars come into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Edgewood notched a victory over Monroe (Monroe, OH), 13-4, in a non-league match.
