In Thursday's league contest, the host Los Gatos Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-5 triumph over the Palma Chieftains.

The Wildcats (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA). The Bells go into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Bellarmine College Prep was overwhelmed by St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 10-3, in a league contest.

Next, the Chieftains meet the Carmel Padres (Carmel, CA) in a PCAL - Gabilan contest, on Tuesday, April 8. Palma will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Padres go into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 13-12 league win over Soquel (Soquel, CA).
