The North Myrtle Beach Chiefs lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the host Myrtle Beach Seahawks to 8 in the Chiefs league triumph on Thursday.

The Chiefs now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Carolina Forest for a 5A District 5 challenge on Monday, April 7. North Myrtle Beach will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 8-7 league win over St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Myrtle Beach falls to 1-11 on the year. The Seahawks travel to Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC) to clash with the Braves in a 5A District 5 challenge on Monday, April 7. The Braves go into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Socastee lost 12-3 in their recent league challenge against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC)
