In Thursday's league contest, the host Trinity Christian Gryphons lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-6 triumph over the Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves.
The Gryphons (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA). The Eagles go into the Virginia Christian Athletic contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Fredericksburg Christian held off New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA), 10-8, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Wolves meet the Rock Ridge Phoenix (Ashburn, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 8. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record.
