Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Dale County Warriors (Midland City, AL) and the visiting Geneva Panthers (Geneva, AL), saw Dale County's soccer squad triumph over Geneva by a score of 11-1.
The Warriors (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Carroll (Ozark, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Carroll ran past Long (Skipperville, AL), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL) in a 4A Area 2 battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Geneva will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Barbour County (Clayton, AL).
