South Carolina High School Soccer - Eastside knocks off Gaffney

In Thursday's league outing, the host Eastside Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Gaffney Indians.
The Eagles (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC). The Generals go into the AAAAA Region 2 outing with a 7-4 record.
Next up, the Indians play the Myrtle Beach Seahawks (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 9. Gaffney will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Seahawks go into the outing with a 6-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC).
