Louisiana High School Softball - Sam Houston bounces Acadiana

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Sam Houston Broncos (Lake Charles, LA) and the host Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA), observed Sam Houston's softball team prevail over Acadiana by a tally of 13-2.
The Broncos (24-2) will now prepare for their bout against Iowa (Iowa, LA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league bout with a 23-8 record. In their last bout, Iowa knocked off St. Joseph's Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 11-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Rams clash with the Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 7. Acadiana will attempt to advance on its 14-10 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Crowley (Crowley, LA).
