University Prep Value Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting CALS Early College Falcons (Los Angeles, CA), 4-3 in a league game.
With the triumph, University Prep Value improves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Wolves host Alliance Bloomfield (Huntington Park, CA) to face the Bulls in a Eastside game on Thursday, April 10. The Bulls enter the game with a record of 1-1. Alliance Bloomfield lost 33-18 in their recent league game against ESAT (Los Angeles, CA)
The Falcons now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they host ESAT for a Eastside game on Tuesday, April 8. CALS Early College will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Smidt Tech (Los Angeles, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-1.
