The Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) softball routed the visiting Scottsboro Wildcats (Scottsboro, AL), 9-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Tigers now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coffee County Central for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 3. Hartselle will meet a Red Raiders squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN). The Red Raiders record now stands at 13-5.
The Wildcats (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hatton (Town Creek, AL). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 10-14 record. In their last challenge, Hatton was routed by Lawrence County (Moulton, AL), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
