The Oneonta Redskins the visiting Hokes Bluff Eagles softball squad by a count of 5-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Redskins meet the Ashville Bulldogs (Ashville, AL) in a 4A Area 11 challenge, on Thursday, April 10. Oneonta will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record.

The Eagles (14-15) will now prepare for their challenge against West End (Walnut Grove, AL). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, West End was routed by Moody (Moody, AL), 9-1, in a non-league match.
