The Singer Hornets softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Johnson Bayou Rebels to 1 in the Hornets league win on Thursday.

The Hornets now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hathaway for a non-league battle on Friday, April 4. Singer will confront a Hornets team coming off a 0-0 non-league Basile (Basile, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Johnson Bayou moves to 0-7 on the season. The Rebels host Elton (Elton, LA) to confront the Indians in a non-league battle on Monday, April 7. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 4-10. Elton won 23-13 in their recent non-league battle against Oberlin (Oberlin, LA)
