The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL) and the visiting White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL), observed Pleasant Valley's softball team get by White Plains by a tally of 4-3.

The Raiders (21-8) will now prepare for their bout against Gaston (Gadsden, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 5-6 record. In their last bout, Gaston was nipped by West End (Walnut Grove, AL), 6-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 7. White Plains will attempt to advance on its 14-10 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a 10-10 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL).
