Georgia High School Baseball - Model edges Pepperell

The Model Blue Devils baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Pepperell Dragons to 6 in the Blue Devils league win on Friday.

The Blue Devils now hold a 12-11 record. They take the field next when they host Heard County for a A D1 Region 6 test on Tuesday, April 7. Model will play a Braves team coming off a 14-1 league loss to Bremen (Bremen, GA). The Braves record now stands at 13-10.

With the defeat, Pepperell drops to 14-11 on the year. The Dragons host Trion (Trion, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, April 9. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 9-7.
