The Hope Bobcats (Hope, AR) softball nipped the host De Queen Leopards (De Queen, AR), 7-6 in Friday's league outing.
The Bobcats now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden Fairview for a 4A Region 7 outing on Tuesday, April 7.
With the loss, De Queen moves to 5-5 on the season. The Leopards host Nashville (Nashville, AR) to meet the Scrappers in a 4A Region 7 test on Tuesday, April 7. The Scrappers go into the test with a record of 6-8.
