The Bangor Christian Patriots baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Penobscot Valley Howlers to 1 in the Patriots league victory on Saturday.

The Patriots (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Penquis Valley (Milo, ME). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Penquis Valley ran past Dexter (Dexter, ME), 17-12, in a league match.

The Howlers (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Schenck (East Millinocket, ME). The Wolverines go into the Class D North match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Schenck ran past Piscataquis (Guilford, ME), 18-11, in a non-league match.
