Indiana High School Softball - Columbus East bounces Brownstown Central

The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Columbus East Olympians (Columbus, IN) and the host Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN), saw Columbus East's softball squad nip Brownstown Central by a count of 6-2.

The Olympians now sport a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brownstown Central for a non-league match on Saturday, April 30. Columbus East will face a Braves squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Corydon Central (Corydon, IN). The Braves record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, Brownstown Central falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Braves host Columbus East (Columbus, IN) to face the Olympians in a non-league match on Saturday, April 30. The Olympians enter the match with a record of 5-10. Columbus East lost 14-0 in their recent league match against Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN)
