Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) and the host Chester Hambletonians (Chester, NY), witnessed Cornwall Central's softball squad prevail over Chester by a count of 13-4.
The Dragons now sport a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Minisink Valley for a Orange County Division III match on Tuesday, May 3. Cornwall Central will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 10-2.
