The Rossville Hornets softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Clinton Prairie Gophers to 0 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Rossville moves its record to 12-2 on the year. The Hornets host Clinton Central (Michigantown, IN) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, April 30. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 8-5. Clinton Central won 23-4 in their recent non-league game against University (Carmel, IN)

In their next game, the Gophers clash with the Western Boone Stars (Thorntown, IN) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 2. Clinton Prairie will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Stars come into the game with a 5-7 record after their 13-2 non-league win over Speedway (Speedway, IN).
