The Warden Cougars softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Mabton Vikings to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Warden moves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to River View (Kennewick, WA) to clash with the Panthers in a 2B EWAC East game on Friday, May 6. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 4-0. River View won 8-3 in their recent league game against Columbia (Burbank, WA)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Columbia Coyotes (Burbank, WA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 3. Mabton will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Coyotes come into the game with a 5-5 record after their 8-3 league loss to River View (Kennewick, WA).
